I had no food at my house so I picked up some kalabasa on my way home from work hoping I could make something good with it. I don’t know how but I whipped up an awesome meal. Maybe I had a sudden bout of inspiration. Maybe I was just not being lazy for once. Sometimes I surprise even myself with what I can make.
